Hi I just wanted to say I am really impressed with drumfactorydirect. I was able to get the kickport from you 10 bucks cheaper than any retail stores in my area and I couldn't find a replacement part for my Pearl kit anywhere else. Thanks a lot, even with shipping to Canada I saved a few bucks.

I have ordered from several different places so that I know what to expect should I need to get something specific for a customer and I can say that without a doubt your service is by far the best. I can also say that your free shipping is faster than the other guys standard shipping, and the place I am thinking of is a thousand miles closer to me than you are. Good Afternoon DFD Team, I just wanted to let you know I received my order today and was very pleased with not only the quality of products but the way you packed them and the timely manner which I received the order. I have ordered product from other companies as well to find out who I will be doing the most business with, because time is money and quality as well. As a new drum builder I am finding out, not all suppliers are very effective in getting out what I need in a reasonable time frame. Quite frankly is been a nightmare and very stressful. i'm glad I searched the internet and found you ! So just know you have sold me on your integrity and ability to come through. I placed my 2 orders back to back a couple of days ago and shortly thereafter, I received a partial refund on shipping. Nobody has EVER done that!
