Return Authorization Request

All merchandise, except printed or recorded material, cymbals, drum wrap and clearance items, may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping & handling costs, if the customer requests a Return Authorization within thirty (30) days of receiving your order.

• There is a $1 re-stocking fee for all returns. This is to cover the cost of the merchant fees.
• For items with free shipping or shipping included in the price, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping & handling the order to them, which will be deducted from the purchase price refund.
• No returns are accepted after 30 days.
• If you need to return a defective product after the 30 day period you can either exchange the item or receive store credit.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways, for the return and the exchange (if applicable).
• Returns must be in new and unused condition. Items that have damaged/destroyed packaging, tears in shrink wrap or backer cards will be considered "open box" and will have 20% deducted from the return/exchange value. This is because we are forced to resell the item at an "open box" discount since it's no longer in brand new, undamaged packaging.
• Items that are damaged during return will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Customers are encouraged to insure returns for their protection. Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials.
• All claims for damage or defects must be made within three (3) business days of receipt. Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials to send the damaged item back to us with a return shipping label that we will provide.
• Please include a note in your return stating how you would like us to process your return (store credit, refund back to the original payment method, or an exchange.)
