I received damaged or defective items.

We’re sorry to hear you received products in this condition. Please email or call us so we can make it right. We’ll send you new products along with a shipping label so you can send us the damaged/defective merchandise.


dFd sent me the wrong thing.

We strive to always be accurate when packing orders, but sometimes mistakes happen. We’re only human! Please email or call us so we can get the mistake fixed as quickly as possible. We’ll send you the correct items along with a return label for the wrong merchandise.


The box arrived in bad shape and things were missing or damaged.

Please email or call us if a box arrived in such a state. We’ll ask that you send us pictures of the packaging and any damage to items so we can file a claim with the shipping company. We’ll send you replacement items immediately.


I don’t like the item(s) I purchased, or they don’t fit.

We understand that sometimes something doesn’t work right with your kit, or you decide you no longer want/need it. You can make a return within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. Please follow the instructions below to get your return started.

Please fill out the Return Authorization Request form below. Please note: we are no longer doing exchanges or giving store credit, instead we will issue a refund so you can repurchase the items you need.

  • You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returned items must be in the original packaging, and the product itself must be in new condition.
  • If items are returned with damaged packaging, or appear used, a 20% open-box fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We are not responsible for returns that get lost or damaged in the mail. We recommend insuring your return package.
  • You MUST have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number assigned to your return, which needs to be written in the return address. Returns without an RMA number will be refused. 

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it and issue a refund as quickly as we can. You’ll receive update emails outlining the refund process.
