Taut snare wires. much better than OEM on my 13" DDrum AMX Dominion Ash. Economical--better than generic. Very good for home drums/practice. Have difficulty with Puresound resonating badly on another snare ('60s Japan vintage Barclay)--so, I tried these. Thus, I'll try a 14"X20 version of these German Snare wires on the Barclay and relate back. I see no reason now to change these wires for another brand on my AMX. Really, I don't desire to dis Puresound--many other types of wires are available from that brand--another type of Puresound wires might work better on the Barclay: Which one, though? I have something else coming for that first, though. I'll relate back later and compare the three....
