Inherited a 90's Tama Rockstar metal Shell snare with a broken strainer. This S-9 is the only replacement I found anywhere with identical mounting hole spacing. Although it's an economy model, works perfectly and reasonably sturdy. Thanks dfd for helping me restore this snare drum. Also thanks for providing ALL the specs and dimensions for replacement parts; you're the only site that does.
