This is a subpar pedal. I would not recommend it. It feels light and flimsy under my foot. The wire base doesn't stay attached, it doesn't have quality bearings to make the beater pivot as freely as it could. You're better off with an entry-level Pearl or PDP pedal. I love DFD and their products. Service is amazing. Put this pedal is just not worth $50. I regret the purchase.
