Purchased a few of these dFd 10mil coated heads for some new drum builds. Their quality is great similar to the Asian made Remo UT series with slightly better collars . Compared both Remo UTs and dFd and side by side and dFd is better. Film is similar also to the Asian Remo UT's and functional in sound and quality. Similar to the Ambassador film but not as warm yet very close. Great bargain for the price, you cant go wrong. Ideal for new builds, drum resells and great resonant heads as they have no logos.
