I am rebuilding an old Slingerland Festival snare from a raw shell. When I checked out used Slingerland dampers on line, I went into sticker shock! So I took a chance on this one, needing only to drill out the mounting screw hole to make it fit. It's nothing spectacular, but it's of decent quality and the price is right. For under 5.00, it's better than I expected.
