Shipping & Return Policy

  1. Free Shipping:
    Free Shipping on most orders over $99 in the continental US except for products which have a weight of over 30lbs actual or dimensional weight. Dimensional weight means that the products overall size is considered rather than the actual weight. Please note: all World Instruments, World Instrument cases and bags, most Instructional Books, CDs and DVDs, and most Percussion category items ship directly from our distributor and therefore have their own free shipping requirements i.e. they cannot be combined with any of the other products towards the $99 total.

  2. US Shipping Options:
    US orders have the option of being shipped by FedEx or postal service and generally ship the same day or next day. There are occasions where delays from our vendors can increase this time frame and we will inform you of the status of your order.

  3. International Shipping Options:
    International orders have several shipping options. First Class International mail generally takes 2 to 4 weeks, Priority Mail International 1 to 2 weeks and Express Mail International 3 to 5 business days. These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times.

  4. Returns and exchanges:
    To make a return or exchange some items, please click here.

    No returns are accepted after 30 days.

    If you need to return a defective product after 30 days, you may exchange it or receive store credit.

    All merchandise, except printed or recorded material, cymbals, drum wrap, RCI shells and clearance items, may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping & handling costs, if the customer requests a Return Authorization within thirty (30) days of the order date.There is a $1 re-stocking fee for all returns, this is to cover the cost of the merchant fees. For items with free shipping or shipping included in the price, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping & handling the order to you, which will be deducted from the purchase price refund.

    For exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways.


    Returns must be in new and unused condition. Items that have damaged/destroyed packaging, tears in shrink wrap or backer cards will be considered "open box" and will have 20% deducted from the return/exchange value. This is because we are forced to resell the item at an "open box" discount since it's no longer in brand new, undamaged packaging.

    Items that are damaged during return will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Customers are encouraged to insure returns for their protection. Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials.

    All claims for damage or defects must be made within three (3) business days of receipt. Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials to send the damaged item back to us with a return shipping label that we will provide.
