The small size and medium weight of Wuhan's 14" and 16" medium crash cymbals provide an excellent balance of quick, explosive response and rapid decay. This balance of characteristics makes them perfect for adding crisp accents to musical passages. The 17" medium weight crash has power, clarity and sustain. These characteristics give it the versatility to be the "big cymbal" in a small setup or the "smaller cymbal" among a group of larger, louder models. The 19" medium crash has even more aggressive power, clarity and sustain. It has the explosive punch needed to carry through mid- to hi-volume situations. Meanwhile, it's dark overtones allow it to serve as a jazz ride.

Each Wuhan crash cymbal is cast from high quality B20 alloy then carefully hand hammered and lathed before receiving a striking brilliant finish. At these prices, most cymbals are made from cheap sheet material, but the Wuhan Traditional crash cymbals are cast from the same B20 alloy used in many of today's high end cymbals. You will not find better quality or nicer sounding cymbals at this price level.
